Main amendments include increased setback from railway line to create additional public realm, alterations to design of buildings/ space to rear and alterations to number/ mix of residential units, amount of commercial floorspace and alterations to access ramp/ basement to provide a total of 42 car parking spaces) to delete all provisions in relation to the Public Realm.
