Proposal:

Outline planning application with all matters reserved for the phased development of up to 220.72 hectares at "land south of Worcestershire Parkway Station" (Southern Neighbourhood). Works to include the necessary demolition, site clearance and engineering works to create development platforms; the provision of residential development (C3) including senior living (C2/C3); the provision of mixed use floor space (E, F1, F2 and compatible sui generis uses); education facilities including primary and secondary; provision of green and blue infrastructure including the Stoulton Buffer which will provide amenity space, natural green space, play space, parkland and a formal sports facility; the creation of an internal transport network with connections to the surrounding highway; cycle and pedestrian network , to include the Stoulton Bypass and safeguarding land for an active travel underpass under the B4084; the retention/stopping up/diversion of existing public rights of way and creation of new routes; and all associated works including connections to existing power and waste network.
