Use of basement and part ground floor as dual alternative restaurant or retail (Class E) and use of part ground and first to sixth floors as offices (Class E), including provisions for cycle storage, refuse and servicing, and the erection of a 7th storey extension with front terrace to provide additional office (Class E) floorspace and the replacement of plant within an acoustic enclosure at roof level.
