The re-roofing and external fabric repairs of Kitebrook House to include: stonework repairs, overhaul of windows and introduction of draught-proofing, replacement roof lights, external decorations, re-roofing including lead work, insulation and re-forming parapet gutters, overhaul and replacement of rainwater goods and the introduction of lightning protection and trace heating.
