Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for the proposed erection of a single storey side & rear extension flowing the demolition of existing rear outrigger, and the addition of 1.no ground floor window to the south side elevation as shown on drawing no. 01, received on 27.04.2026,with the materials used in any exterior work to be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse.
