W/24/1648 for 296no. dwellings (which is itself a variation of previous approvals W/21/1280, W/24/0367 and W/24/0963) and which is achieved through the addition of a further phase (Phase 5) of residential development) together with formal and informal open space, drainage, landscaping, access and associated infrastructure works.
