Proposal
Following the failure of the property???s pre-existing boiler during its annual Gas Safe inspection, a replacement unit was required. During the installation process, a Gas Safe registered engineer identified a critical safety non-compliance regarding the original flue. To minimize the aesthetic impact on the building???s fa??ade, the following measures have been implemented: * Siting: The flue is strategically positioned on the far edge of the building, effectively screened by existing established greenery (supporting images provided). * Precedent: The installation is consistent with the established character of the building, which already features a prominent, centrally located boiler flue serving a separate dwelling on the same elevation (supporting images provided).
