Proposed programme of structural and remedial works to Basford House to include the removal and replacement of the roof timbers and covering, removal and replacement of all timber joist floors, installation of new steel beams, the repair of the northern elevation timber bay window, the repair to the external brickwork around the southern elevation first floor bay window, the repair and replacement of spalled brickwork and other external alterations.
