Proposal:

T1 - Oak tree To reduce top of crown on the north / eastern side (right hand side as you look at tree with house to your rear) of the crown by 1/3 to balance tree and to match north/ west side, as shown clearly in pictures attached. T1 - Oak tree To crown lift upto 5 meters to balance tree and remove overhang from neighbouring properties roof.
