Demolition of existing buildings and structures and redevelopment of site providing 9 no. detached dwellings (3 x 3 bed; 6 x 4 bed), including private gardens, detached garages, landscaping, and new tree planting. Formation of new access and removal of existing access including alterations to site layout of existing dwelling.
