Proposal:

A hybrid planning application (part full/part outline) comprising the following development which will be delivered in phases: In Full, carrying out of enabling works, erection of buildings providing lifescience and non-residential floorspace, cycle parking hubs and associated works including utilities, access, highways, landscaping and public realm works, provision of car and cycle parking and other works ancillary to the proposed development. In Outline, with all matters reserved: demolition of existing buildings and structures; erection of buildings providing lifescience floorspace, non-residential floorspace, and residential accommodation; partial removal and replacement of allotments; together with associated car and cycle parking, utilities, highways, access, landscaping and public realm works and other works ancillary to the proposed development. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES) pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact) Regulations 2017.
