Change of use from office (Class E) to research, design, manufacture and testing of biomethane and hydrogen generators (Class B2). Erection of single storey buildings, installation of hydrogen and biomethane generation equipment, containers, construction of boundary walls, fencing, gates and associated external works. (Part retrospective).
