Proposal:

Outline planning application for a new settlement, including the erection of up to 2,750 dwellings (including affordable housing and retirement or care accommodation), up to 10 hectares of employment land, retail and community facilities along with a new Secondary School and a new Primary School. New accesses, a Strategic Mobility Hub and land safeguarded for additional future transport initiatives, a pedestrian/cycle crossing over the railway, active travel routes, reconfiguration of the B4066 and a diversion of the Severn Way. Green infrastructure and open space provision including a Nature Reserve, a Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space (SANG), formal sports provision and play space along with SuDS, landscaping and other associated infrastructure and works.
