Proposal
Repair the frontage (south elevation) with the removal of all current render removed and a suitable substitute material used to replace it, complete with painted finish to be like-for-like to the current colour (white). Two existing wooden frame sash windows with single glazing will be replaced with new hardwood frames with slimline double glazed units will match the size and appearance of the current fitment.
