Deed of variation to the s106 Agreement approved under 21/01768/FUL change to the Shared Ownership Unit at Clause 1 of the Original Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the following an Affordable Dwelling where an initial equity share of between 10 PERCENT and 75 PERCENT is sold by an Affordable Housing Provider to Qualified Persons with a rent charged on the unsold equity on a Shared Ownership Lease for plots 193 and 195 only now known as 16 and 18 Woodruff Close, Ruddington, Nottingham NG11 6SP
