Single storey extension to the right-hand side elevation. Roof is pitched with flat concrete tiles to match the existing. Walls finished with a sand-cement render and decorated with white masonry paint. Fascia, barge and soffit boards to be white uPVC type. Rainwater goods to be white PVC square type.
