Interventions including alteration, demolition and repair of listed and curtilage listed structures to facilitate comprehensive development of the site. The works relate to the demolition of the former farmhouse and former stables; dismantling of former pavilion building and onsite reconstruction and relocation; removal of secondary attached and freestanding structures; alterations and repair of historic boundary walls; and repair and restoration of the Gate Lodge.
