Proposal:
T1 - Sycamore: Carryout a 30% Crown reduction and lift, reducing branches from 8m to 5.6m in length and thinning 1/3 of the canopy. Remove all lower epicormic growth and lift the lower crown from 4m above ground level to 6m. Tree to be reduced on west side enduring clearance from house by 3m.
