Proposal
Planning permission for the alteration of existing apertures to the internal courtyard elevations of the existing property and installation of new steel windows/door sets at ground floor level. Works to also include the construction of a box bay to the courtyard elevation involving the demolition of an existing wall along with the introduction of two roof lights to the north of the rear single storey element of the property
