Planning permission to erect a two-storey side extension over existing garage, to provide a first floor terrace above the existing flat roof extension at the rear and to convert the roof space into additional residential accommodation which includes the provision of a dormer window to the rear roof slope, extending the roof to the side of the existing chimney and the insertion of roof lights to the front roof slope
