Application for a lawful development certificate proposed for the 1. Remediation of Solar shading timber construction for balcony walkways with an A1/A2 Euroclass rated material. 2. Remediation of the soffit above the ground floor, brick fa?ade, units with suitably sealed fire resisting material and construction. 3. Remediation of brick-facade elevations where flats are accessed via the open balconies with vertical fire barriers at party wall and compartmentation locations. 4. Remediation of the render / EPS fa?ade, cut out the render /EPS at each slab level and insert suitable cavity barriers. Then re-render. Any newly applied outer coating to be suitably fire rated
