Application under Section 73 to vary pre-commencement conditions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 - with the intention that these be reworded as compliance condition, attached to planning application 23/00005/FUL dated 26th February 2025 which granted permission for: "Demolition of existing building and construction of a three-storey building to provide a community hall (Use Class F2 b), chapel (Use Class F1 f) and ancillary spaces at ground floor level and 10 residential units (1no. 1 bedroom (Use Class C3 a), 1no. 2 bedroom (Use Class C3 a) and 8no. studios (Use Class Sui Generis)) at first and second floor level with associated amenity space, communal amenity space, landscaping, cycle parking and refuse storage."
