Replacement existing dwelling with new build comprising of 1 x one-bedroom and 1x two-bedroom flat with associated works. The works would include the provision of a separately accessed external amenity spaces with cycle stores and creation of a central access with waste store and associated kerb re-instatement (amended desciption).
