Proposal:

The mixed species trees (predominantly beech) highlighted on the attached map are in solid contact with a neighbours house, risking structural damage. They are also hanging low into the access road and impacting vehicles. Branches will be individually pruned and lowered into a segregated drop zone A 2 metre clearance will be ensured away from and over the house and garage. The trees encroaching into the access road will be uplifted to a height of 5 metres.
