Application for approval of the revised plans indicating a standard dropped kerb vehicular access rather than a radii access, indicating a shared access, 5m wide, which should be maintained for the first 6 metres into the site from the highway boundary and clearly labelling the access surfacing material to be used rear of the public highway. It is recommended that the first 6m into the site from the carriageway edge is surfaced in tarmac as required by condition 10 of planning permission 22/00132/OUT - Two Dwellings
