Planning Application. Change of use of flat over public house to short term holiday let. Minor alterations to interior: alterations to external doors in courtyard, alteration to size of beer store, alterations to floor level (removal of ramp), and opening up former blocked opening, new partition wall at first floor. Landscaping work.
