Application for the Modification of a Section 106 Planning Obligation relating to DC/19/05419 (Hybrid Permission inc 273 dwellings, commercial and pre-school proposals) to amend MIP clause, to amend tenure split on Affordables and Shared Ownership units, to allow for rent increases, to insert an enforceability clause and to amend exclusions clause at Para 1.6 of Schedule 2 Part 2 to include tenants who have exercised a right to buy and preserved right to buy.
