Application under section 106A(3)(a) of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to modify the trigger in Clause 5 of the legal agreement dated 21.04.2016 associated with planning permission 15/00312/FUL to ensure that the owner shall carry out and complete the construction of the Public House so that it (a) is ready for beneficial occupation and use; and (b) has received all fit out works necessary to open for trade in accordance with the uses authorised by the planning permission by no later than 20.04.2026, and to delete Clause 6
