Refurbishing and extending the existing community centre into a purpose built multi-use community centre and place of worship including first floor extension to original bungalow to create a two storey flat roof building and replacement of existing rear extension with single storey side and rear extensions, relocation of vehicular access and remodelling of existing parking area and provision of pedestrian accesses, cycle parking, landscaping, bin storage.
