Change of Use from Veterinary Practice (Class E) to Residential (Class C3) including the conversion of the main building and coach house into 2 individual dwellings. External works to include repairing/refurbishment of existing doors and windows, changes to fenestration detailing, installation of new rooflights, new areas of hardstanding, rendering of external wall, replacement rainwater goods, replacement roof to coach house and associated landscaping works. Internal works to include removal/installation of partition walls, replacement handrail to existing staircase and removal of suspended ceilings.
