Proposal:

HOUSEHOLDER: Side and rear extension to the property which links to an existing but slightly enlarged rear extension in keeping with the property. The purpose is to create a larger kitchen and separate utility and dining room. Re-purpose some of the existing dining room at the front to create a small study and downstairs WC.
