Partial demolition of existing buildings to facilitate the construction of 3 dwellinghouses (Class C3) comprising a 1 x 2 bedroom house and 2 x 4 bedroom houses including basement excavation, communal and amenity spaces and other associated works. Enclosing boundary walls to be retained but reduced in height in some locations. (Resubmission of planning permission P2020/0104/FUL).
