Erection of sculptural mesh structures, engineering works to create raised footprint of historic blockhouse, bench seating, hard and soft landscaping works, integrating public art in the form of a sculptural installation cladding part of the mesh structures and a free-standing kinetic text sculpture functioning as a weathervane.
