Erection of a part single storey, part two storey rear extension, and lower ground floor rear extension with rear lightwell and patio. Conversion of roof space to habitable use to include a rear dormer, a side dormer, 1 side roof light and 2 front roof lights, and retension of a crown roof. Conversion of existing integral garage to habitable use.
