Proposal:

Retrospective application - Ground floor has been renovated to have two floors, a stage and seating arrangements, new staircase and sliding doors are proposed. First floor will be used as 2 function rooms with the capability of opening into one big room, new fire escape/entrance door has been added. Entrance fence will be added. New cabin for toilets and storage has been installed outside. New signage to the front entrance.
