Proposal
Repair works to existing brickwork, replacement of fascia boards and soffits, replacement of the existing flat roof covering, and replacement of existing windows and external doors. External repair and decoration works that comprise replacement of existing bituminous felt flat roof covering with new bituminous felt flat roof covering, replacement of roof fascia and balcony balustrade cladding, replacement of existing PVCu framed double glazed windows with new PVCu framed double glazed windows, replacement of external doors.
