Erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; removal of 2no chimney stacks from main roof level and from the roof of first floor rear back addition; installation 3no rooflights in the front roofslope, 1no rooflight above the main flat roof at roof level and above the roof of first floor rear back addition; alterations to part of the pitched roof of back addition to form a flat roof and erection of 1.7m high obscure glazed screens around the flat roof at second floor level to the rear elevation, in connection with its use as a terrace; alterations to existing first floor rear back addition to include, bricking up 1no. window, alterations to the design and relocation of 3no windows to the side elevation, installation of a new door and window opening to the rear elevation; erection of an external spiral staircase to the rear elevation leading from first floor rear back addition into the rear garden.
