Demolition and re-building of the second floor level with a new front extension, sliding doors and roof terrace to the rear elevation and erection of an additional floor at roof level together with a roof terrace at third floor level to the front elevation; replacement of existing windows with new windows at first floor level to the front and rear elevations; conversion of the first, second and third floor level into 2 x 2 bedroom self-contained flats.
