Erection of two-storey rear and single-storey side extension; replacement of existing front and rear dormers; replacement of x2 existing front velux rooflights with conservation rooflights, insertion of new conservation rooflight to rear roof slope; replacement of timber sash and casement windows with new timber framed sash windows with vacuum glass, and new window opening to rear elevation with timber sash window with vacuum glass; associated elevational alterations, including installation of external wall insulation; erection of bin and bike store to front garden; landscaping alterations, including felling of Cypress and Gingko trees to rear; and replacement trees.
