Proposal
Two storey side/rear extension with ground floor rear extension and new roof extension at the rear to provide a roof conversion. New lightwell to the front with the continuation of the existing bay window, new porch over the side entrance, solar panels to the front roof slope together with raising the chimney stack at the rear.
