Further information not forming part of the formal description of development provided for consultation purposes: The proposed scheme includes 28 residential units, which is a mix of one, two and three-bed units. The scheme also includes internal cycle and bin storage areas, and is served by a private courtyard garden to the rear. Two disabled parking bays are proposed at the south of the site.
