Conversion of the existing butcher's shop to residential annexe. Conversion of the existing rear utility room, wc, hall and butcher's store room to create an open plan kitchen and dining room, including repositioning of wc. Formation of snug and boot room. Alterations to existing ensuite bathroom and wardrobes. Replacement of existing sliding sash windows to front elevation, including the butcher's shop window, and side window to first floor hideaway. Slightly amended scheme to previously approved.
