Proposal:

Certificate of Lawfulness for Proposed use of development - Change of use from Class C3 Dwelling house to  Class C3 (b) dwelling for three children living together as a single household where care is provided for residents by 2 carers  at once following a 24 hour shift pattern.  There is no need for a use of C2 (Residential institution) as there is no nursing provision, formal education provision etc.  There is no material change to the property, it will not alter the character or appearance of the dwelling
