Non Material Amendment to application Ref: 55587/231 and 55587/001 - Minor amendments relation to a revised phase of new Town Centre. i) Inclusion of a small sub-station building to the rear of the Block A foodstore, ii) Use of the previously approved substation area within to the east of Block A MSCP for additional landscaping.
