Reduce height of stem immediately above large wound by 2m to reduce sail area of that stem T185- Holm Oak - Bifurcated at base - stem closest to adjacent residential property with significant 'Dog-Leg' has cavity at base with risk of collapse across boundary onto private drive - Reduce stem with basal cavity by approximately 6m (point at which stem becomes vertical)
