Internal works to include: Replacement cellar staircase. Alterations to existing ground floor staircase including raised ceiling to entrance hall. Replacement first floor staircase to form level landing. Removal of existing & erection of new partitions to form ensuites. Replacement second floor staircase. Remove existing and insert new doorway to bed 3. External works to include: replacement garden entrance door including replacement step access. Alterations to annex building including removal of existing & erection of new internal partitions, remove existing and insert new doorway to shower room. Replace first floor terrace French doors to SW elevation. Replace external staircase, insert new balustrade and 1no flue to SE elevation.
