Change of use of land from horticulture to a mixed use for horticulture and as a Landscape Contractor's Offices/Operating base together with the erection of a new barn, covered storage bays and aggregate storage bins, enlargement of existing SuDS pond and creation of new SuDS pond, erection of 2.4m high weldmesh boundary/security fence and internal site fencing and gates, alterations to existing barn for use as offices and storage. Also car-parking, hardstanding and associated land level alterations, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements
