Proposal:

Construction of a detached hotel guest bedroom accommodation block and carry out internal alterations to the Harcourt Wing to provide additional hotel guest bedrooms for Pendley Manor Hotel. Demolition of Paddock House staff accommodation, the existing leisure building and external stairs to the Harcourt Wing. Construction of a replacement leisure building events space; together with removal of temporary marquee, internal alterations and single-storey extension to Cow Lane Lodge, removal of hard-surfaced tennis courts; reinstatement of entrance gate at Cow Lane; formation of footpaths within the grounds installation of external lighting and EV charging points; alterations to parking area and improvements to the overflow car parking within The Meadow and the continued use of that area for outdoor uses ancillary to the use of Pendley Manor Hotel and as a major events space; and associated landscaping.
