Ultimate Planning Performance Agreement for the erection of an approximate dwelling range of 300-350 units, comprising of a mix of market and affordable housing (use Class C3) including a community building for flexible use (Use Class F2(a-b), green infrastructure, walking and cycling routes, formal and informal public open space including trim trails, outdoor play space, drainage, including preparatory works and associated infrastructure, including utilities and highway works. All matters to be reserved except for vehicular access.
