Use Class B8) following partial demolition of existing furniture factory (Use Class B2), including the retention and change of use of part of the furniture factory for use as offices (Use Class E(c)), retention of existing southern access off Clovelly Road, alterations to existing northern access of Clovelly Road and associated hard and soft landscaping.
